I have a pink (big mistake) Sony Ericsson Z610 phone (with 3) and I want to transfer music and pictures from my computer onto my phone. Can I do this? If so, how?

Amatuer tutorial x) If you want those pictures from your iPod to be transferred to your computer, this tutorial should teach you how. This method doesn't use iTunes, though. Need: iPod (I used an iTouch) USB connector (compatible with your iPod) Computer (I used Windows Vista)
