Answers: Health/Medical careers that don't deal with patients much but pays good?

I want to be in the wellbeing/healthcare discipline functioning in an hospital. I stay in Flint, MI. I will be attending Baker University. I do not assume I'm strong adequate to offer with individuals, so what are work opportunities that are in the background or workplace setting of dealing with patients that pays great and only calls for a certificate or Associates Degree? I was searching at one of the hospitals in my location and there had been positions for Affected person Services Representative, Unit Clerk, and Administrative Assistant what are the duties of these jobs and what are the pay for them or other jobs in a hospital setting with out dealing with individuals significantly except for on paper? Also I was seeking at surgical technician. Would that be a excellent occupation?
